Mr. Gogita Todradze, Executive Director of the National Statistics Office of Georgia (Geostat), is participating in the 15th Local Economic Development Forum -"The Role of Peace in Sustainable Socio-Economic Development," organized by Tbilisi City Hall.
The forum, held annually since 2007, addresses key topics such as healthy cities, renewable energy use and development, sustainable socio-economic growth, strengthening local businesses for economic resilience, demography, migration, poverty, and more.
As part of the forum, Mr. Todradze took part in the panel session “Demography, Migration, Sustainable, Accessible and Socially Inclusive Housing.” During the session, he spoke about the country’s demographic situation and migration issues.
Each year, the forum in Tbilisi brings together both local and international speakers, experts from various fields, as well as representatives of municipalities and academic institutions.
