On November 24-25, employees of the National Statistical Office of Georgia will be trained on personal data processing issues.
The purpose of the training is to raise the awareness of Geostat’s staff regarding the processing of personal data.
During the statistical data production and distribution process, Geostat carries out activities connected to the processing and protection of personal data. Therefore the issues related to the above-mentioned topic are relevant to the daily activities of employees of Geostat.
The training is conducted by the representatives of the Personal Data Protection Service and 35 employees of Geostat participate in it.
