Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between National Statistics Office of Georgia and the Georgian Economic Development Corporation JSC.
Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Mr. Gogita Todradze, Executive Director of the National Statistics Office of Georgia (Geostat), and Mr. Irakli Gabriadze, General Director of the Georgian Economic Development Corporation JSC.
The Memorandum aims to strengthen the partnership and deepen cooperation between the two organizations. Within the framework of the agreement, the parties will cooperate in implementing joint projects, sharing professional expertise, providing consultations, exchanging statistical and other relevant information, and promoting official statistics. The cooperation also envisages raising awareness among the Corporation’s beneficiaries about Geostat’s statistical products and electronic services, thereby contributing to greater accessibility and wider use of official statistics.
The parties emphasized that the cooperation will contribute to strengthening evidence-based decision-making, fostering effective collaboration between the public and private sectors, and promoting the implementation of innovative digital solutions.
