On June 11, in the framework of the 2014 Population Census, the Minister of Education, Tamar Sanikidze and the Executive Director of the National Statistics Service, Meri Daushvili signed a memorandum on mutual cooperation in the administrative building of the Technical University. The meeting was attended by the Rector of the Technical University Archil Frangishvili and up to 200 students. The memorandum aims to raise awareness of the students on the importance of the 2014 population census. There was also discussed the possible employment of young people during the census at the meeting.
