Main objectives - ThStrengthened capacity of Geostat to support the production of high-quality data for evidence-based policymaking in the country.
Main results - The production of high-quality official statistics in line with internationally approved methodologies and standards; sustainability of IT systems for data protection and building the capacity of its employees through developing the internal guiding policy documents, on having skilled and qualified human resources, and on users' literacy in statistics, espacielly during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic; to impove the data dissemination capacity for users with disabilities and increase the credibility of and develop trust in official statistics.
